After a long wait, fans of the iconic sci-fi novel by Frank Herbert have finally got a glimpse at the sequel to Dune. The trailer starts with Paul Atreides preparing to lead an uprising. We see him surrounded by his comrades and his men. It also shows him fighting a massive sandworm and winning the trust of the Fremen people. It also shows Stellan Skarsgard’s terrifying Baron Harkonnen, Dave Bautista as the Baron’s sadistic henchman Glossu Rabban and even Christopher Walken as Emperor Shaddam IV.

While all this is happening, we also get a better look at Zendaya’s Chani. Compared to her screen time in the first part, her role seems far more expansive in this one. It is a good thing, considering the budding romance between her and Paul will drive the story forward.

We also get a glimpse of Florence Pugh as Princess Irulan Corrino. Her regal outfit and pearl lace headpiece make her stand out. The trailer also shows us a lot of newcomers to the series, including Lea Seydoux as Lady Margot, Rebecca Ferguson as a Bene Gesserit, and Souheila Yacoub as the Fremen warrior Shishakli.

Another highlight of the trailer is the action scenes. We get to witness the climactic battle between Paul and Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen.
